梁远苇
Liang Yuanwei
1977 年生于西安，现生活工作于北京。毕业于中央美术学院，先后获得学士和硕士学位。梁远苇是新一代艺术家中重要的绘画实践者之一，作为在全球化语境下开展创作的新一代，将个人放置在对文明历史和当代语境的体悟中进行不断的自我革新，是她一直以来的工作方法。
近期个展包括：“梁远苇”（北京公社，北京，2022）；“一物”（湖南省博物馆，长沙，2019）；“勘玉钏”（Palazzo Pisani-Conservatorio de Musica，威尼斯，2017）；“椭圆”（OCAT 西安馆，2016）；“弓象之间”（佩斯画廊，伦敦，2014）；“石榴”（北京公社，北京，2013）；“金色笔记”（北京公社，北京，2010）；“51㎡：15# 梁远苇”（泰康空间，北京，2010）；“115 楼 1904 室”（博而励画廊，北京，2008）。其个展 “金色笔记” 被《ARTFORUM》推荐为 2010 年最有价值展览之一；个展 “弓象之间” 被《ARTFORUM》评为 2014 最值得关注的五个伦敦展览之一。梁远苇的作品曾在北京 UCCA 尤伦斯当代艺术中心、中央美术学院美术馆、北京民生现代美术馆、红砖美术馆、上海民生现代美术馆、龙美术馆、香港 M+、美国坦帕艺术博物馆、美国圣彼得斯堡美术馆、美国橘郡美术馆、美国伯克利美术馆、荷兰鹿特丹波伊曼斯・范伯宁恩美术馆、西班牙米罗博物馆等美术馆展出。她的作品亦被收录于费顿出版社的《Great Women Painters》、《比耶稣年轻》、《Vitamin P2》、《中国艺术》等多个专业出版物中。2011 年其作品入选 “威尼斯双年展” 中国馆。 梁远苇的作品已被香港 M+、中央美术学院美术馆、白兔基金会、K11 基金会、法国 DSL 收藏、复兴集团、南京金鹰美术馆、四方当代美术馆等纳入收藏。
Born in Xi’an, 1977, Liang Yuanwei currently lives and works in Beijing. She graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Art, where she received her BA and MA degrees. She is one of the important painting practitioners among the new generation of artists. As a member of the new generation artists who conduct artistic practice in the context of globalization, she places the individual in the understanding of the civilization history and the contemporary context to realize continuous self-innovation. It is always her approach.
Recent solo exhibitions include: “Liang Yuanwei” (Beijing Commune, Beijing, 2022), “One Object” (Hunan Museum, Changsha, 2019), “Behind the Curtain” (Palazzo Pisani-Conservatorio de Musica, Venice, 2017), “Oval" (OCAT, Xi’an, 2015), “The Tension between a Bow and an Elephant” (Pace Gallery, London, 2014), “Pomegranate” (Beijing Commune, Beijing, 2013), “Golden Notes” (Beijing Commune, Beijing, 2010), “51m2：15# Liang Yuanwei” (Taikang Space, Beijing, 2010), “BLDG115 RM 1904” (Boers-Li Gallery, Beijing 2008). “Golden Note” was selected by ARTFORUM magazine as one of the most valuable painting shows in 2010, and “The Tension between a Bow and an Elephant” was listed in ArtInfo’s “Must See: 5 London Shows Opening This Week” in 2014. Liang has exhibited her art in various venues including the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art, Museum of China Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing Minsheng Art Museum, Red Brick Art Museum, Shanghai Minsheng Art Museum, Long Museum, Hong Kong M+, Tampa Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg, Orange County Museum of Art, Berkeley Art Museum, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen Rotterdam and Foundation Joan Miró. Her works have been included in publications such as Phaidon’s Great Women Painters, Younger than Jesus and Vitamin P2, Chinese Art. She was also one of the participating artists in the China Pavilion at the 54th Venice Biennale (2011). Liang’s works are in the collections of Hong Kong M+, Museum of China Central Academy of Fine Arts, White Rabbit Collection, K11 Foundation, France DSL Collection, Fosun International Limited, Nanjing G Museum, Sifang Art Museum and others.
