Born in Beijing, 1997, Yuqian Sun, also known as CheeseTalk, now lives and works in London. She is currently a doctoral student at the Royal College of Art, and has received a master’s degree from Goldsmiths, University of London. She also serves as the art consultant for rct.ai intelligent NPC, and is an artist on the encrypted art platform SuperRare. Focusing on the power of language, Sun aims to create ‘alive’ narrative experiences that extend beyond video games and into our daily lives through conversational AI agents, leveraging her expertise in interactive media. She explores this topic through chatbots, games and interactive installations, which expand the boundary of fiction through human or non-human language interactions.

The exhibitions she has participated include: “AI × AI × Artist 3 by Claire Silver and Superchief” (Times Square, New York, 2023); “NFT Asia” (Superchief Gallery NFT, New York,2022); “‘gEnki’ The 1st Annual METAVERSE Art @VENICE” (59th Venice Biennale, 2022); the 30th ACM Multimedia Interactive Art (ACM, Lisbon, 2022). Her works were also presented in SIGGRAPH, ISEA and Lumen Prize.
