Xue Ying
薛萤（1993 年生于山东），亦以 yy? 为名，是一位艺术家，其创作关注阶层流动、家庭困境、女性社会运动、诗歌与政治口号，以及全球父权资本主义语境下中国女性主体性的形成。她的实践涵盖社会性实践、行为、装置、纺织、文本等多种媒介。她于 2016 年毕业于利兹大学时尚与纺织专业，获学士学位，随后进入皇家艺术学院继续深造，并于 2019 年获得公共领域硕士学位。薛萤目前生活工作于上海。
薛萤的作品曾在多个艺术机构呈现，其中包括：拱形画廊，上海（2025）；Tofu Space，哥本哈根（2025）；莫须有工厂，北京（2025）；SNAP 艺术中心，上海（2024）；没顶美术馆，上海（2024）；成都 A4 美术馆（2023）；器空间，成都（2022）；当下艺术空间，北京（2022）；十点睡觉，北京（2022）；剩余空间，武汉（2022）；宝龙美术馆，上海（2021）；北京 X 美术馆（2020）；乌普萨拉美术馆，瑞典（2018）。
Xue Ying (b. 1993, Shandong), also known as yy?, is an artist whose practice engages with class mobility, familial dynamics, women’s social movements, poetry, and political slogans, as well as the formation of subjectivity among Chinese women within the context of global patriarchal capitalism. Her work spans social practice, installation, textiles, and text. After earning her BA in Fashion and Textile from the University of Leeds in 2016, she continued her studies at the Royal College of Art, where she received an MA in Public Sphere in 2019. Xue now lives and works in Shanghai.
